Axure lends support to CHI design teams
SI student teams traveling to Boston have received a helping hand from Axure, headquartered in San Diego, California, provides solutions to help the design and development community. The company donated $3,120 to the School of Information. Assistant Professor Mick McQuaid noted that MSI student Debra Lauterbach initiated contact with Axure, “leading to the sponsorship and the appreciation of her colleagues at SI!” Jill Andrews, director of development and external relations, said the gift provides much-needed funds to enable the students to participate in the CHI contest.
